Vermillion PRide Mural

Mural OTW lead artists Reyna Hernandez and Amber Hansen. This mural was initiated by the Gender & Sexuality Alliance (GSA) in the Vermillion High School with whom it was designed and painted with.

Kayli Stiles, Marie McLaughlin and Darcy Millette assisted during the painting portion, along with many people from the community! The star quilt was designed by Claire Packard. Sonia Hernandez Packard manages social media and public outreach. Nina Jordre is the GSA president and project organizer. Vermillion, SD. 2023

Centerville Community Mural Project

Silent Sea & Drifting Dreams

Lead artists Amber Hansen, Reyna Hernandez, Sonia Perea-Morales & Yazmin Moktan. Student leaders include Treyzel Chandler, Jeysi Estrada, Olvia Paskey, Olivia Greaves, Maggie Breyfogle & Elizabeth Jordan. Guest Painter, Darcy Millette. The mural was designed and painted with high school students from the Sioux City area and will be on display in the Gilchrist Learning Center for two years. Full Circle Community Mural

This mural explores the rich cultural roots, daily life and future aspirations of the Edgewood youth. Project collaborators include Edgewood neighborhood residents, LDCHA staff, and Full Circle Youth Program.
